Smith & Williamson Enterprise Index

The Smith & Williamson Enterprise Index is a barometer testing the views and confidence of owner-managers and entrepreneurs in the UK.

Our experts analyse the crucial issues affecting Britain’s business leaders and use the data to inform timely and practical solutions. The Enterprise Index began in 2013 at a baseline of 100. We ask the same core questions to determine the confidence levels of the UK business community. There are also five topical questions per survey which provide insight into the issues which are keeping our clients up at night.
