Experience

Guy built and sold his own accountancy firm and has been a director and part-owner of a number of different companies, including businesses in the IT, property, defense, manufacturing and retail sectors.
Since 2008, Guy has led the Entrepreneurial Services group at Smith & Williamson, acting as an adviser to many entrepreneurial owners and their businesses and helping the firm to become the ‘go-to’ accountancy firm for entrepreneurs.

• Has acted as the lead external advisor to hundreds of businesses, providing accountancy, tax and corporate finance services.
• Author of From Vision to Exit - The Entrepreneur's Guide to Building and Selling a Business, which has received significant critical acclaim.
